By accessing and using Shiny Spores you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Products and Services

Shiny Spores is proud to provide premium mushroom growing supplies, spore syringes and cultivation equipment for educational and research purposes only. We cannot be held liable for any improper or illegal use of these products and advise our customers to follow their local laws and guidelines before purchasing.

3. Age Restrictions

You must be over 18 years of age to use our services and purchase our products. Any persons who are found to be under this age may face a permanent ban from our website.

4. Legal Compliance

All our exotic spore syringes are sold for educational, research and identification purposes only. It is the customers responsibility to comply with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.

5. Product Use

Our spore syringes are for educational use only and can be used for microscopy and research purposes. Our kits are intended for use with Gourmet Health Mushroom Spores (i.e., Lions Mane, Turkey Tail, etc.) only.

6. Shipping and Returns

We currently only ship within the UK. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused and unopened products in the original packaging only. Due to the products perishability, we cannot extend the refund policy past this date.
